Course Code BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
Overview

This course equips candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively provide leadership, guidance and support to others, organise and monitor the output of their team, apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

To obtain this qualification, candidates must complete a total of 12 units: 4 core units and 8 elective units, of which 4 units must be selected from Group A, and another 4 units may be selected from Group A or Group B, and if not listed below, 1 unit may be from any currently endorsed Training Package or accredited course at Certificate IV level or above.

Training Method Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.
Course Delivery BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment for training.
Completion Award

Upon successful completion participants will receive the nationally recognised qualification BSB42015 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
