Overview

This course provides candidates, from the resources and infrastructure industries, with the necessary knowledge and skills to safely enter and work in confined spaces.

Training covers planning and preparing for work in confined space, working and getting out of a confined space, and clean up.

Who Will Benefit This course is intended for those working in confined spaces (enclosed or partially enclosed) for the purpose of carrying out work or inspections, and for those performing sentry or stand-by person roles at worksites within the construction, mining, and extractive industries.

Training Method Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.
Course Delivery Training and assessment to enter and work in confined spaces is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment.
Completion Award

Upon successful completion of this unit, a Statement of Attainment will be issued.
