This course equips candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate and maintain a four-wheel drive vehicle.
Training covers identifying specific parts, terminology and techniques, planning for minimal environmental impact, performing pre-departure checks, using four-wheel drive mode, coordinating and recovering a vehicle, and performing maintenance and minor repairs on four-wheel drive vehicles.
|Who Will Benefit||This course is appropriate for personnel working in supervisory and technical specialist roles.|
There is no prerequisite unit to this course, but a candidate must hold a current driver’s licence.
|Training Method||Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.|
|Course Delivery||Training and assessment to operate and maintain a four-wheel drive vehicle is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment.|
Upon successful completion of this unit, a Statement of Attainment will be issued.
