| Overview |
This course provides candidates the competencies required to operate a boom-type elevating work platform. Training covers planning of work, conducting routine checks, setting up elevating work platform, operating elevating work platform, and shutting down and securing elevating work platform. |
| Who Will Benefit | This course is suitable for personnel who hold operational roles and are required to operate a boom-type elevating work platform. |
| Prerequisites |
There are no prerequisite units to this course, however a working at heights qualification is recommended. |

| Training Method | Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications. |
| Course Delivery | Training to operate a boom type elevating work platform (EWP) is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment for training. |
| Completion Award |
Upon successful completion of this unit a Statement of Attainment will be issued. |
