Overview

This course provides candidates an understanding of the responsibilities of a relative response team and its functions. Training helps develop the soft skills required to manage calls and the callers during crisis.

This course is suitable for personnel who may be required to handle mass calls from friends and relatives of employees, and other third parties following an incident or emergency.

Training Method Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.
Course Delivery Relative response training is available at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment for training.
Completion Award

Upon successful completion of this course, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
