Overview

This course equips candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead and motivate teams, communicate information within and across organisations, and to implement best practice safety and health improvement initiatives.

Training contributes to an organisation’s capability to meet legislative requirements, ensure a safe workplace and implement or monitor company Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, procedures and programs.

Who Will Benefit This course is suitable for supervisors, team leaders and managers who wish to gain great understanding of health and safety leadership.
Prerequisites

It is recommended that candidates have been or are employed as a supervisor, team leader, or frontline manager prior to sitting this course.

Training Method Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.
Course Delivery Safety leadership training and assessment for supervisors is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment.
Completion Award

Upon successful completion of this course, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
