This course provides candidates the skills and knowledge required to receive and respond to incoming calls and enquiries in an emergency communications centre or an information hotline.

Who Will Benefit This course is aimed at switchboard operators, receptionists, and security officers who may be required to handle and manage calls during or after an incident or an emergency.

This course is only suitably recommended to personnel who are authorised to handle company calls in case of emergency.

Training Method Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.
Course Delivery Training for security call handling is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment for training.
Completion Award

Upon successful completion of this course, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
