Partnerships toward Exceptional Training Solutions

Site works hand in hand with organisations in creating more opportunities for national workforces to participate in higher end employments surrounding the energy, mining, construction and hospitality industries. This venture led us to the South Pacific Employment Institute (SPEI), a Private Public Partnership (PPP) that bridges local industry directly with competency-based training in order to drive meaningful employment in Papua New Guinea.

The SPEI conglomerate focuses on establishing a training centre which delivers competencies to Papua New Guinea’s national workforce. As a global expert in the development of competent workforces, associated technology and Immersive Training, Site Group International has been contracted to develop and provide the training programs and a turnkey Safe Live Process Plant for technician courses.

Below are the other organisations who took part in the venture:

National Petroleum Company PNG (Kumul Petroleum)

NPCP is responsible for managing Papua New Guinea’s interest in the PNG LNG Project. As an affiliate of the SPEI conglomerate, NPCP sponsored the development of a Safe Live Process Plant Training Environment for the Port Moresby facility. The Immersive Environment will recreate a full size process plant with real live process systems, centralised control room, emergency protection systems and electrical distribution centre, to provide a real-life scenario training and assessment facility in a safe, controlled environment.
