Overview |
This course provides candidates an insight into how the media industry works when focusing on a particular incident. Training covers gathering and using information that will be provided to the media while working on procedures and strategic plan to protect the company’s reputation. It is designed around practical and theory sessions for candidates to have greater understanding of their role when required to create press statements, and communicate key messages when being interviewed by a media representative. |
Who Will Benefit | This course is aimed at company representatives who have the authority and/or assigned to deal with the media during crisis. |
Prerequisites |
This course is only suitably recommended for personnel who were given the authority to act as company spokesperson. |

Training Method | Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications. |
Course Delivery | We offer training and assessment on how to deal with the media at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment for training. |
Completion Award |
Upon successful completion of this course, a Statement of Completion will be issued. |
