Overview |
This course equips candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. Training covers responding to an emergency situation, performing CPR procedures, and communicating details of the incident. |
Who Will Benefit | This course is suitable for personnel who may be required to provide CPR, in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings. |
Prerequisites |
There is no prerequisite unit to this course, however, language, literacy, numeracy and employability skills are essential to perform successfully during training. |

Training Method | Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications. |
Course Delivery | Training and assessment to provide CPR is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment. |
Completion Award |
Upon successful completion of this unit, a Statement of Attainment will be issued. |
