Overview |
This course aims to lower the risk of bolting related incidents such as equipment failures and environmental impacts. It incorporates introduction to various bolting patterns and techniques. Upon completion, each candidate must be able to demonstrate safe and proficient use of bolting equipment including flanges, standard fasteners, and gaskets. Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to demonstrate pre-job inspection, equipment assembly and operation, job hazard analysis and communication. |
Who Will Benefit | This course is suitable for first-line mechanical operators (millwrights, pipe fitters, and those form other disciplines who deal with mechanical joints as part of their daily work) and those who support their work. |
