Overview

Typically a continuation of the relative response team training, this course provides candidates an insight to handling highly emotional situations, and disclosing sensitive news to the next of kin or other family members of a casualty.

Who Will Benefit This course is aimed at personnel, especially HR officers or senior managers, who may be assigned to handle and disclose sensitive news during or after a crisis.
Prerequisites

This course is only suitably recommended for personnel who have been given the authority to represent the company in case of major emergency.

Training Method Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.
Course Delivery Training is offered at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment for training.
Completion Award

Upon successful completion of this course, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
