Overview

This practical program equips candidates with the necessary knowledge and skills to develop and assess facility operation competencies.

Training includes an overview of the inlet/ESD valve, filtration/separation, pressure reduction, gas analysis/metering, odorant injection and station ESD system. It can also be customised to incorporate station operation and use of company work instructions or procedures, including start-up, monitoring, shut down, run-change, preparing for maintenance and reinstatement.

Candidates will also be equipped with the required knowledge and skills to minimise risk of interruption of supply to customers while maintaining workplace safety.

A workplace competency assessment document will be issued to candidates at the end of the training for team leader sign-off, to ensure consistency in performance over a period of time.

Who Will Benefit The program is intended for personnel required to operate and monitor custody transfer, meter, or delivery stations on a gas transmission pipeline.

Training Method Training is a combination of theory familiarisation and practical applications.
Course Delivery We offer Facility Operation Program 1 at our Clark campus in the Philippines. We also deliver training services on site upon arrangement or provided that there are suitable infrastructure and equipment for training.
Completion Award

Upon successful completion of this course, a Statement of Completion will be issued.
